Erbe Mexico is looking for a

Sales and Application Specialist


Your Responsibilities


  • Development of the clinical value demonstration of Erbe products and accompanying healthcare professionals on their use. 
    • Conception, organization and implementation of training courses with a focus on clinical application.
    • Participate in medical association activities related to training purposes.
    • Collaborate with Latam region at educational and clinical value-added events. 
  • Product expert, considering technical characteristics, clinical applications, procedures usage, and technology considerations and value. Able to offer unique insights into advanced clinical procedure techniques. Constant update on new technology, clinical papers, and product applications.
  • Support and work together with Distributors clinical specialist together with regional distributors, to promote Erbe products and achieve sales opportunities.
  • Development of business strategy and tactics to at physicians’ level to approach their needs, objections and concerns. 
  • Gets deep understanding of competitor’s strengths and weaknesses. 
  • Achieve regional sales goals, together with Business Director.
  • Capable to develop key relationships with KOLs, decision makers, and c-suite level people. Manages a range of internal and external networks, for business purposes.

Your Skills


  • Biomedical Engineering degree or similar. 
  • At least 3 years of experience in the clinical field and sales, preferably endoscopy and surgical field.
  • Customer oriented, shows empathy and motivation in finding solutions for end users and patients.
  • Travel availability, mainly for national events, and sometimes internationally. 
  • Fluent English, writing, listening and speaking. 
  • Communication and presentation skills, teamwork, customer and patient centricity, and results oriented.
